1. Services Provided

Darron Handyman provides home maintenance, repairs, and specialist park home services. All work is carried out to a professional standard and adheres to the descriptions provided in my estimates.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. While I strive for accuracy, final prices may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise during the project. Any significant changes will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. I accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4. Cancellations

I request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee.

5. Liability

Darron Handyman is fully insured for public liability. I take great care to protect your property during work; however, I cannot be held responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damage caused by circumstances beyond my control.

6. Materials

Unless otherwise specified, estimates include the cost of standard materials. Specialist or premium materials requested by the client will be charged accordingly. All materials remain the property of Darron Handyman until paid for in full.

7. Acceptance

By requesting and approving an estimate, you agree to these terms and conditions.
